The ArtZone is a community art initiative that aims in a unique way to bring together young people with organisations in their local community.

The aim of the ArtZone is to divert young people into creative activities of benefit to themselves and society as a whole through seeing their artwork being used in the communities in which they live.

Businesses, local authorities, government agencies and others that have a strong sense of corporate responsibility who want to encourage a feeling of self worth in young people may use the artwork in a variety of ways to support their community communications.

We encourage schools and youth groups to send young people’s artwork for consideration to be placed on our on-line gallery. We provide an outlet for selected artwork created by young people to be used by businesses to support their corporate social responsibility.

The gallery contains various styles of youngsters’ artwork categorised under different subjects. There is no charge for using the artwork – the only condition of use is that companies or organisations give a credit to the young person who produced it. To view examples of young peoples art work that has been used in this way please click here.

We also work alongside professional artists, young and old, who are prepared to give up a small part of their time to encourage young people to use their art to express themselves in a positive way rather than a negative way such as graffiti.
