1. All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that acknowledgement is given to the young person who submitted the artwork e.g. John Smith Age 14 (unless that person specifically requests their name is not used).

2. All artwork entries can be used free of charge (we are encouraging use in publications, posters, news sheets, websites and other promotional/information material)

3. All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that the artwork is not fundamentally altered in any way

4. All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that they are not used in any material that can be considered obscene, racist or offensive in any way

5. An email stating what artwork is required (giving the reference number on the enlarged image) and its use must be sent to artzone@teachingzone.org

6. All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that a digital file of the application in which the artwork has been used is sent to artzone@teachingzone.org
