The aim of the teams is to clamp down on low-level disorder and anti-social behaviour at stations. They also work closely with rail staff to tackle fare evasion and staff assaults. They conduct regular public surgeries as well as six weekly Police and Communities Together (PACT) meetings where they work together with representatives from the local area to identify local needs.
