To make it easy for residents to use Docklands Light Railway (DLR), a team of Community Ambassadors work in our local area to help residents travel simply and safely. The Ambassadors are fluent in a wide range of languages and assist the local community by; • Offering ticket machine and Oyster card training • Running accessibility trips for passengers that are mobility impaired • Attending events in all local boroughs to offer travel advice • Providing assistance in locating and visiting Parent-Toddler groups • Visiting community and advice centres to keep residents up to date on DLR services |

By using DLR, residents can access a wide range of employment, leisure, health and education opportunities and facilities. The Ambassadors welcome the opportunity to attend local events and assist any section of the local community that requires information on using the DLR.
