Any business or organisation that wants to use a young person’s artwork should go to the Gallery and make a note of the artwork they wish to use.

Read the conditions below for using the artwork and then send an email to metroart@teachingzone.org. giving the company/organisation name, a contact name, the name of the person whose artwork is to be used and what the artwork is going to be used for.

When the artwork has been used please send a digital example to metroart@teachingzone.org. of how it was used so we can tell the young artist and also place it on the website to help encourage other youngsters – and organisations – to take part in the MetroArt initiative.

Terms and conditions:

1	All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that acknowledgement is given to the young person who submitted the artwork e.g. John Smith Age 14 from Newcastle (unless that person specifically requests their name is not used).
2	All artwork entries can be used free of charge (we are encouraging use in publications, posters, news sheets and other promotional/information material)
3	Artwork cannot be used for commercial advertising purposes selling products
4	All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that the artwork is not fundamentally altered in any way
5	All artwork entries can be used on the understanding that they are not used in any material that can be considered obscene, racist or offensive in any way
6	An email stating what artwork is required and its use must be sent to metroart@teachingzone.org
